This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. At Bevvy,
- We do not ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can't stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason)
- We don't share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
- We don't store personal information on our servers or the offsite servers of the third party service providers we use to provide our core services unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.
In our social networking and mobile application products, we aim to make it as simple as possible for you to control what visible to the public, seen by search engines, kept private, and permanently deleted. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our application.
What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our application?
When registering in our application or connecting to our WiFi, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, date of birth email address or other details to help you with your experience in the future. We collect information from you when you subscribe to a newsletter while connecting to the Bevvy WiFi or enter information on our application. However, the users can also use the application anonymously, but then you might not be able to take advantage of our various added services.
Apart from this, the information automatically collected by behavioural tracking third party applications may include the device information (Operating System used, make and model, etc) and log information for activities performed by user in the application. This includes inclusion of Google Analytics in which, we have implemented demographics and Interests Reporting. Google has its own privacy policy, which can be accessed from here.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, or use certain other application features in the following ways:
- To administer an event, a contest, promotion, survey or other application feature.
